Customer Care Officer
Requirements:
  • Diploma from a local Polytechnic or NITEC certification or GCE 'O' level passes, preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in a call centre environment
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess initiative and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment
  • Possess strong numeric and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SAP not mandatory but will be a plus point
  • A team player with positive service mindset
