Customer Service Officer (Call Centre)
Job Description:
This position is responsible for handling customer enquiries (in English and Mandarin or English and Bahasa Malaysia / Indonesia) coming in through calls/ emails/ chats.

Requirements:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill with an out-going personality
  • Good written and verbal communication in both English and Mandarin; or English and Bahasa Malaysia / Indonesia ( to liaise with multilingual speaking associates )
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Energetic and service oriented
  • Reasonable computer skills with basic typing speed (30 WPM)
  • Internet savvy and has an interest in e-commerce
  • Able to multi-task
  • Familiarity with postal/ logistics services is an added advantage
