Job Vacancy at Workforce Singapore (Career Support Programme Employer Servicing Executive) April 2018 - Workforce Singapore (WSG) invite suitable candidates to apply for the position of:

Career Support Programme Employer Servicing Executive (Temporary) (Career Services Division)
Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Career Coaches to follow up with the job seekers placed through Career Centres to obtain confirmation of employment details.
  • Promote CSP and other Adapt and Grow initiatives to the employers.
  • Clarify on the application and claim processes and documentation.
  • Obtain the necessary acknowledgment and documentation from employers to complete the application and claim processes.
  • Track outcome of applications and provide regular status updates.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE ’O’ level preferably with at least 1 year experience in call centre ops or telemarketing
  • Good telephone etiquette with outstanding persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Friendly, energetic and pleasant personality
  • Excellent communication skills and able to liaise with English speaking clients
  • Independent and fast learner
