Overview: The Ministry of Health is a ministry of the Government of Singapore responsible for providing information, raising health awareness and education, ensuring the accessibility of health services, and monitoring the quality of health services provided to citizens and visitors in the Republic of Singapore. In addition, it is also involved in the control of illness and disease in the country, coordinating the utilisation of resources and expertise where necessary.


Ministry of Health Singapore invite suitable candidates to apply for the position of:

Executive / Personal Assistant (Hospital Services)
Responsibilities:
You will play a vital role to Provide efficient secretarial and perform overall administrative duties for Director and staff at Hospital Services (HS) Division. You will also support the division efficiently and reliably on specific programmes or projects assigned to work with Staff at all levels, including finance duties.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Prior experience in public sector will be an advantage
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as a team 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly and cheerful, self-motivated
