Manager, MOM Frontline (Customer Responsiveness Department)
Responsibilities:
  • As a Customer Relationship Manager, the officer is part of the frontline service team at MOM Services Centre that provides consultancy and advisory services for customers on employment, work injury and work pass issues.
  • The manager also works closely with departments to resolve customers' issues, and collaborate on service improvement projects to enhance customer experience and realise the service intent of the services centre.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification
  • Experience in customer service and operations is preferred
