Overview: The Ministry of Health is a ministry of the Government of Singapore responsible for providing information, raising health awareness and education, ensuring the accessibility of health services, and monitoring the quality of health services provided to citizens and visitors in the Republic of Singapore. In addition, it is also involved in the control of illness and disease in the country, coordinating the utilisation of resources and expertise where necessary.


Ministry of Health Singapore invite suitable candidates to apply for the position of:

Personal Assistant
Responsibilities:
You will provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Divisional Director and the Professional Training & Assessment Standards (PTAS) Division.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Possess at least three years of working experience. Prior experience in public sector will be an advantage
  • Possess prior experience in providing administrative support such as scheduling and organising meetings that involve multiple stakeholders, and in finance duties
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communications (verbal and written) skills
  • Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
