SMRT Corporation invite suitable candidates to apply for the position of:

Senior/Officer, Customer Relations
Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming or outgoing calls as assigned by the team supervisor / Executive / Manager.
  • Manage feedback and enquiries through the hotline or other sources regarding SMRT's public transport services.
  • Ensure that the necessary and appropriate follow up actions are taken in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • GCE 'O' / 'A' Levels or Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
  • Excellent teamwork mindset
  • Able to type at 40 words per minute
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and CRM applications
