Assistant Customer Services Manager (Station SIN)
Job Description:
  • You will be part of a team responsible for managing SIA’s operations at Changi Airport.
Required Skills:
  • You should possess a good diploma qualification, be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays.
  • In addition, you should be service-oriented, have an outgoing personality and possess good customer service handling skills.
  • You should also be able to work independently and with a team and be proficient in the use of computers.
  • Experience in handling station operations and passenger relations will be advantageous.
