Singapore Post Limited invite suitable candidates to apply for the position of:

Call Centre Customer Service (12 month contract)
Requirements:
  • At least GCE 'N' Level and above
  • At least 1 year working experience in similar work function
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill with an out-going personality
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Energetic and service oriented
  • Internet savvy and has an interest in e-commerce
  • Able to multi-task
  • Familiarity with postal/logistics services is an added advantage
