Customer Service Executive
Job Description:
  • Understanding customers’ needs, providing complete and relevant information, and resolving customers’ queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Managing each case in the best interests of MOE and the customer.
  • Capturing customer interactions accurately in relevant IT systems.
  • Sensing of emerging trends and issues, and recommending improvements to enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of contact centre environment, key performance indicators and best practices would be an advantage
  • A polytechnic diploma in any discipline; those without diploma and with relevant experience and expertise may also apply
