Overview: The Ministry of Health is a ministry of the Government of Singapore responsible for providing information, raising health awareness and education, ensuring the accessibility of health services, and monitoring the quality of health services provided to citizens and visitors in the Republic of Singapore. In addition, it is also involved in the control of illness and disease in the country, coordinating the utilisation of resources and expertise where necessary.

Ministry of Health Singapore invite suitable candidates to apply for the position of:

Manager / Assistant Manager (Office Management)
  • You will review the ministry’s records management policy and implement enhancements to the existing records management framework and digital records systems.
  • You will also manage the central registry, and various outsourced contracts for digitisation, mailroom and courier services.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Infocomm Technology, Data/ Records Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in digital records management, service contracts management, or human resource management
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and enjoys working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to work independently and in a team
